3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refunds for Support Services

To request a refund on service fees, please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled session. Requests received before this period will be fully reimbursed. If notification arrives within 7 days but before the session, no fee is reimbursed, however you may reschedule once without charge. Should we be unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full reimbursal or reschedule for a future date within 60 days.

Digital materials are delivered immediately after purchase. All sales are final once access is granted. In case of technical defects preventing access, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full reimbursal after verification of the issue.
